Each agent does one step that repeats every day, and it stops before anything goes out. You check, then you send.
Every incoming mail gets sorted and comes with a draft reply written the way you would write it. You read it, change what you want, and send.
The agent reads the request, takes prices from your list, fills in your template and hands you a quote to check. That used to take an afternoon.
It handles the back and forth over dates using your calendar rules. You send the confirmation.

We test it together on your real data. It runs on EU servers, and I adjust it when your process changes.
I'm Tim Neunzig. I build my own products: Ghostroom.video, a watch party where everyone joins when they have time, and VergabeMeister, an AI that writes public tender bids for small firms. As Head of German Operations for IntentSolutions.io I certify other AI builders through Anthropic's Claude partner network, and I run a non profit AI meetup in my hometown in Germany.
Before that I spent fifteen years in tech, including Facebook and TripAdvisor. The agents I build for clients are the same kind I use in my own companies.
